These terms cover orders placed with Rusty Crumb Co., a home bakery in Gatton, Queensland, run by Mikayla. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

Orders are placed through Facebook Messenger or by email. The weekly flavours, specials and current prices are posted on the Rusty Crumb Co. Facebook page. An order is confirmed once Mikayla has replied and payment has been received.

Payment

Payment is required to secure every order. Orders without payment are not started or held. Payment is by bank transfer, or cash at markets.

Pick up and delivery

Pick up details are sent with your order confirmation. Local delivery is available around the Lockyer Valley. Please be available at the agreed time, as baked goods are made fresh for each order.

Changes and cancellations

Ingredients and packaging are bought for each order, so please let Mikayla know about any change as early as possible. Orders that are not picked up, or are cancelled after baking has started, may not be refunded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Allergens

Treats are made in a home kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and other common allergens. Most treats contain several of these. Please share any allergy before you order and ask about ingredients. Traces cannot be ruled out.

Photos and products

Every treat is made by hand, so toppings, sizes and decoration can vary a little from the photos. Brand names in flavour names describe the ingredients used.
