Rusty Crumb Co. is a small home bakery in Gatton, Queensland, run by Mikayla. This page explains what information is collected when you use this website or place an order, and what happens to it.
This website
This website has no forms, no accounts and no online checkout. It does not ask for your name, address or payment details. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
The company that hosts the website may keep standard technical logs, such as the time of a visit and the type of browser, to keep the site running and secure.
When you order
Orders are placed through Facebook Messenger or by email. To make and deliver your order, Mikayla may ask for:
- your name and how to contact you
- the order details, including flavours, quantities and the date you need it
- a delivery address, if you choose local delivery
- allergy or dietary information you choose to share
This information is only used to make, package and hand over your order and to talk to you about it. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
Payments
Payment is made by bank transfer, or cash at markets. Rusty Crumb Co. does not store card details.
Messages sent through Facebook are also handled by Meta under its own privacy policy. You can read it on the Facebook website.
Keeping and deleting your details
Order details are kept only as long as they are needed for the order and for normal business records. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information Rusty Crumb Co. holds about you at any time.
